Redeem your OKY vouchers at Hotel Holiday Inn:

1. The exchange will be made effective at our facilities in Guatemala.
2. To redeem your voucher, call +502 2421-0000 indicating that you have an SMS from OKYto our sales consultants. They will advise you in the process of redeeming the selected package or service; or you can show up at our facilities if your voucher is for consumption at our restaurant.
3. Show or indicate the code of your SMS to the sales advisor. They will validate that the code is correct and valid.
4. Then they will indicate the terms and conditions of the voucher before redeeming it.
5. Enjoy your redemption! Coordinate with the sales advisor the redemption dates and additional details about your voucher.

OKY prepaid vouchers:

• Vouchers are redeemed for products and / or services that have their own conditions and restrictions.
• Vouchers can only be used at our facilities.
• Only one voucher is redeemed at a time and it expires after being redeemed.
• It cannot be exchanged for a product other than the one indicated on the voucher.
• The voucher will be valid for up to 6 months after its purchase. Except promotional vouchers that have a specific redemption date.
• It is not allowed to make a partial consumption since no credits will be reserved in favor of the client, all paid services must be consumed in full. It is not allowed to change the contracted / paid service for another provided by the hotel, the services will be provided based on the purchase made.
